Temple Housing Authority, a member of the Central Texas Housing Consortium, rents a variety of reasonably priced units throughout the city of Temple. Eligibility is determined by income guidelines that are published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development annually. We work from waiting lists and do not have emergency housing. Some of the services available to our residents include: college scholarships, computer classes, GED program, youth activities and programs for senior citizens.
We also have apartments on the Temple College campus and two large complexes, Adams Bend and Raintree, that are open to all income levels.
