The purpose of TDDA is to promote the revitalization of downtown Temple as a destination for businesses, professional services, entertainment, tourism, residences, and community cultural and family activities through preservation and re-development of our historic inner city resources.  We are focused on four interrelated initiatives that we see as absolutely necessary for the successful rebirth of our historic core:
