Event Description: Ride for a Child, Motorcycle Rally - proceeds dedicated to fighting child abuse. Breakfast snacks and lunch are part of the ride.
Directions:
Quad-Cities Exchange Clubs joining forces to put on this event which begins at Ogletree Gap, west of Copperas Cove on US Hwy 190. Pre-Register at www.rideforachild.org. A donation of $40 per bike is requested. First riders out at 8:30 a.m. in small groups riding through the back road to Gatesville, then to Don Ringler Chevrolet in Temple and then to historic Sandy's Hom Place, just north of Nolanville. Each stop has food and drinks. Barbeque served at 1:00 at Sandy's for participants. Additional meals available for $10.
