Event Description: How to Assemble Technical Proposals For Veteran, Service-Disabled, Woman or Minority Owned & Other Potential and Existing Small Business Owners Writing and Assembling Construction Technical Proposals will explain how to write and assemble government construction contracting Technical Proposals. The speaker will discuss how to review an actual solicitation and identify those areas that must be addressed in the Technical Proposal. Items such as Proposal assembly, Experience, Past Performance, QC Plan, Safety Plan, Bonding/Financials, Pricing, Qualifications, and the Management Plan will all be discussed. This session will be from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 15th, at the Workforce Solutions of Central Texas in Killeen. No cost to attend, but you must register in advance.
